Immediately after the SEA Fair, i went straight to TRIMMOC Acceptance Party in RMPC Resort, Samal Island. Actually, it's a bit of a long story how I got there but don't worry, I won't bore you with the dets. let's just say that the barge left us so instead of being there by 1am, we were able to ride the barge at 3 am and arrived there at 4 or something due to a very long motorcycle ride.
i love the place itself actually. it's not very commercialized and all. :))
the event has a lot of controversies but these controversies are kept within TRIMMOC only :) in the picture below, you can see that we were having a sort of "open forum" as we talked the issues amongst ourselves

on the morning, we dived, around 5 or 6 in the morning. the water was soooooooo
nice!! it's one of my favorite beach spot in Samal. :) the water is really deep and we dived and swam. there was even a starfish and a sea snake..hihi..
late in the morning, the water subsided, it was lowtide again and the water at the spot where we dived is just ankle or knee deep at that time. HAHAHA. :))
and for the first time~ i saw a
SEA CUCUMBER hihi. i've only read it in books but seeing a real one made me
ignorant haha! i touched it and for some time, it just laid there but then it moved slowly. hahaha! amazing. it's like a worm. lol. i was really ignorant at that time :)

so yeah, ate josie (an alumni) cut it and ate in (dipping it in vinegar of course). it was delicious (i never tried hehe)
went home at around noon the next day :) Exams and school works followed after that.
and oh! i "practiced" a little bit of flairing. hahaha. (but it turned out that what i was practicing in samal was wrong! hahahahahahaha..)
it was okay but i broke my first bottle. look oh:

last Wednesday, the JPIChE (Junior Philippine Institute for Chemical Engineers) had a seminar on Good Manufacturing Process. I will not talk about all the details here. our speaker is from the San Miguel Brewery.
i learned a lot about this seminar although there are several topics in which i already had prior knowledge. it is still a good opportunity to learn.
here are some pictures:
and yeah, last Wednesday also was the
Blood letting day. Many volunteers donated blood. And i encouraged my friends to also donate blood. even i myself want to donate blood but i did not passed the weight requirement which is 50 kg. i am still underweight. :/
The needle is really big and actually, it looks a bit scary but given the chance, i would donate blood.

so today at school, there was a program for the orientation for "Sanduguan" a program by the CCO (Campus Clubs Organizations) at School.
the main reason why I went there is because TRIMMOC officers told us to go. and because i have "nothing" to do then, i just went there (even though i'm still an aspirant, but don't worry, we'll be members soon ^_^),
there was a talk, by a Leiutenant. He is also an Atenean and it was also his first time to talk in front of Ateneans. i think he headed a troop of military men in Compostella Valley, he's the leader there.
the talk was all about
Heroic Leadership
i like what was said in the opening remarks: that heroic leaders are
brave and there was something, i forgot the other one. hahaha. wish i had taken notes though.
about the talk, well the speaker was sort of a little bit
gwapo haha. i like the topic that he talked about, what makes a person a heroic leader and all, i will not talk all about it here. one particular aspect that i like in his talk is the fact that he presented the kind of
"bad" and
"good" sides of heroic leadership.
okay, so much for that.
here are the pics:
(sorry if it is blurry, my phone's camera is not high definition and i don't own a HD camera. haha. poor)
here is my friend, CYA President: Kristianne Ornieta
when the emcees announced that there will be a few minute break, i immediately thought
"yes! i will use this opportunity to go home since i am very hungry"
but when he said that during the break, we will be entertained by the winner of a talent contest last year.
AND LO AND BEHOLD! IT IS MY CRUSH!!!
hahaha. i immediately banished the thought of going home and i just sat there. i can't help but just smile and melt with his
beautiful voice he played the guitar and sang I'll Be...gah, his girlfriend is really lucky. imagine?! that beautiful, soothing voice, accompanied by a guitar and a handsome, handsome,
super handsome face and wits will sing you to sleep. awww. the thought of it makes me
kilig even more. :) gah, i can't get his voice out of my mind. it still plays like he's actually here right now. :)
i think i forgot to tell you that i LOVE musicians :)
i will stop talking about my crush now or else this will be really, really long. hahaha.
i went home after my crush finished singing. lol.
and yeah,
ANNOUNCEMENT: THERE WILL BE A BLOOD LETTING AT ATENEO DE DAVAO UNIVERSITY (AT THIBAULT HALL) ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
p.s.
quotable quotes from the speaker:
"Like in the military, you have to get down and dirty with them. You have to sleep with your men"
-Lt. Ernest
(Sanduguan Source Speaker)
