Today, Enzo and I went to SM Lanang. it was my first time there. Okay so the SM Lanang Mall is really, really big. that's my first impression on the exterior. when i came inside, my first impression is: It is a beautiful mall. i mean, the design of the building is not really complex. for me it is simple but very beautiful. Since it is Christmas, it is beautifully decorated with all the Christmas lights and every thing. haha. I like their Christmas tree a lot! :)
there are a lot of specialty stores out there. stores that you can't find in other malls. The Bistro group of companies even had two restaurants in SM Lanang. there are still a lot of vacant spaces there. stores have not yet opened.
My camera is not HD, i was kind of ashamed to take pictures. heh. We strolled. I observed the mall. Enzo bought toys for his brothers. He's currently into Nerf (A brand of toy gun. it's hard to explain, just google it :)) We ate at Tokyo Tokyo since we had planned to eat there since the start of the semester. hehe. :)
okay so Tokyo Tokyo, i didn't know that it is a fast food chain. i always viewed Tokyo Tokyo more like Rai Rai Ken but no, it is more like KFC. the prices of the food is slightly more expensive than KFC but it is delicious nonetheless.
I love their California Maki since it is still very cold. i learned one thing:
Maki tastes yummy specially when it is cold. hehe.
I ordered a something i forgot. it is chicken. it tastes good. hehe. Tokyo Tokyo's set up is more like a fast food chain with a yummy tasting food. and did i mention that they have
unlimited rice? hehe :)
here's a picture of what we ate:
Enzo had the bento box while the bowl was my order :)
so after we ate, we decided to go home and play and test the new toys he bought. but before heading home, we went first to the supermarket because he wants to buy something to eat at the morning.
we went to the wine section and from there we saw that the fountain show is ongoing. it was a fortunate event since i wanted to see the fountain show. hehe. i still has that kid in me and i still get fascinated with simple shows like that.
we went to the fountain area and watched as you know, application of fluid dynamics and free fall concepts are being put to practice along with the programming of the fountains as to which fountain would shoot water with this initial velocity and with a certain amount of volume to achieved an aesthetically beautiful display of fountain show. this amazing display of waterworks was accompanied by pretty lights with different colors and a Christmas music. we did not sit near the fountains and we did not even moved closer to take a picture of the show. i wish i did but my camera sucks, i'm afraid the result will not be beautiful.
we went home after the show and we played Nerf. i wish i had taken photos though. :/ sorry.
