okaiii, this summer, although it's not yet over, has taught me a lot of things. :))

being a homebody, i helped at the kitchen and learned to cook. lol. for some, the dishes i learned to cook might be easy or parang wala lang gud..pero this means something to me because a.) i seldom cook, though it's my passion b.)super tamad akong bata and c.) i grew up with kasambahays EVERY TIME. kaya it's like, everythings already made ..hahaha. :))

okaii, first, i learned how to peel an unripe mango. LOL. see? i'm lame. i know. but now, i know how to. so, yey for me :D

then, i learned how to cook: POCHERO, SINIGANG NA BABOY, ADOBO, LECHE FLAN, BULAD NA PUSIT and BEEF STEAK..hahaha. pretty much yan lang muna..lol. but i did those things alone :D

i also learned how to make the marinated tapa. lol. and how to make whipped cream..and yeah, the delicious mango float. :))

i also learned how to remove the scales from the fish just earlier this day. lol. i was covered in fish scales..hahaha. XD

i really love the smell of spices in my hands..i love sauteeing...i love cooking. :))) and i love slicing and cutting the ingredients. lol. :)) told ya i'm gonna be a chef someday..hahaha..

is this the effect of watching too much cooking shows? lol. idk. but i'm learning a lot ;)
