wala lang. trip mag blog. :) and i should really use this opportunity :)

anyway, i'm starting to learn how to cook. lol. aaaannddd, yesterday, i cooked adobo. it was my first time to cook adobo without anyone's help. okay, i got a few advices and all but the mixing of the flavors was done by me. lol.

at first, i was nervous. of course. i mean, it's not only me who'll be eating but my brother, my uncle and my cousin. it's a good thing that there are only a few of us in our house. XD
then, i cooked. lol.
after a few addition of flavors, it was a bit salty. and so, i added quite a lot of vinegar. when i tasted it i was shouting "hindi na man ito adobo, PAKSIW" hahahaha. :))

then, i added a few more soy sauce. it was salty again. lol. i added sugar and it was sweet. lol.

i got tired of adjusting the flavors so i let it as it is. the smell was definitely not adobo. but when i tried it after it has been cooled for a few minutes, it was quite good. my cousin even said 'masarap ang sabaw ate' yey. but yknow, the meat was really hard. lol. parang bubble gum. XD

so now, i know like, three dishes: adobo, sweet n sour, pochero. lol

i'm starting to learn this cooking and liking it. makatamad nga lang. hahhaaha :))

anyway, i'm starting to play dart again. since my mom bought a new dartboard and two sets of new dartpins and a new scoreboard for darts. hahaha. :))

i never really thought that i've missed playing darts. and my mom said na okay ang tapon ko. :)

my pins are starting to have this groupings. but i'm still finding difficutly in hitting the bull's eye and the cherry. XD

and yesterday afternoon, we watched a replay for the world championship darts competition. that's were i 'met' james wade. my new idol when it comes to darts :)

he's 27 years old, to date. and he plays darts greatly plus he's really good looking. i love his eyes. crush ko xa. hahahahaha :))

he's very composed and scoring 180 in one turn seems like, easy for him. i can't even hit triple 20 without having much of an effort. and to him, it's like, hitting triple 20 is effortless... IDOL!!:)

and yeah, i like james wade. i like him a lot :)

aaaaaaaaaaannnddd..i miss a lot of people right now.

i miss my best friend, enna cymbeling glang tato
i miss jed
i miss sai, the kakosa, kuya niel
i miss my cousins at gensan,
i miss my cousins/guy best buds emman and kuya tata.
i miss a lot of people. tsk.
