my fourth Christmas Party. hahaha. we had fun at the house and the program started after the Mass. we had games like the most popular Pinoy Henyo, Toothpick game and Eggplant relay :)
we had jump shots and most of them failed. i look horrible in jump shots. haha
i like the picture where
Ate An and
I landed, hahaha. betch please, we're fabulous. HAHAHA.. (Sorry for the ugly editing of the word, i had a hard time because i only used the touchpad :/ and I used PhotoScape :))
this is Pinoy Henyo. it involves two players: one who asks different questions, answerable by yes, no and maybe and that person also guesses the correct word and one who's only duty is to say "yes" , "no" or "maybe" to answer the question of his/her partner. The pair who guessed the right word with the shortest time wins. hahaha..
my uncle who always critiques everyone for not getting the right answer got to have his own turn...his word to guess: Christmas Tree and he did not even get it right. HAHAHA..he even challenged me but i got the right word in less than a minute. ha!
we were all laughing at my uncle. ahaha. it's okay, he's a sport anyway :)
then we have the Talong Relay (
Talong is Eggplant in English). haha. actually i did not witness this lol. the mechanics of the game is to have two teams [you can choose the number of participants], then tie an eggplant at one end of the rope (usually a tie box) and tying the other in around your body. without using your hands, you try to sway the now hanging eggplant so that i will hit the tomato [at the floor] so that it will roll. you try to roll the tomato using the eggplant (as you sway the hanging eggplant). there is a particular path to follow, first straight, then you U turn at a certain point to go back to your original position and the next player starts to roll the tomato again, following the same path. the first team to finish wins! hihi..sounds so easy, right? haha. hmm, why don't you try?

and the last but definitely not the least, the Toothpick and 5 Centavo Relay. the mechanics of this game: there are two teams [again, you decide the number of members per team]. each one has a toothpick held by the mouth and using this toothpick, a five peso coin [or anything with a hole can be used] is to be passed by one team member to another.
strictly no using of hands to assist the toothpick! the first team to finish wins! :)

after all the games, we waited for the Clock to strike twelve signalling that it is already Christmas.. we gathered in front of the Table to pray as a family and we ate together..Greetings of
"Merry Christmas" filled the air as well as hugs and kisses from the relatives...foods also found their way to our hungry stomachs as the videoke singing started again. haha. Gifts were also given towards the end..an untoward incident happened but i am not to blog about it as it might ruin the festive mood of this post :)
The next day, it was a holiday and a family bonding day and....
WHOLE DAY VIDEOKE DAY. HAHAHA..at first i was just here, upstairs but in the afternoon, i sang and sang and sang a lot..hahaha..
sige lang ako birit hahahaha. i love videokes but i'm shy when i'm not with my family. hahaha. i can only act like this and you know be wild and free when i'm with my family
I am my truest self when I am around my family (parents, sibling, 1st cousins, aunts and uncles)
How did you welcomed Christmas? How did you Celebrated the day when the Lord Jesus was born here on earth? :)
